  • Barista staff (1–2 depending on guest count)

Setup & Logistics

  • Power Requirements: 1–2 standard outlets for inside packages.
  • Travel Fees: Included within 25 miles of Frederick, CO; mileage charged beyond.
  • Setup Time: 1–2 hours prior to service (depending on package).
  • Staffing: Professional, friendly, trained team for each service.

Booking Information

  • Deposit: 50% required to secure the date.
  • Final Headcount: Due 7 days before the event.
  • Cancellation: Can be accommodated, full details outlined in beverage service agreement.
  • Rush Fee: Applies for events booked less than 7 days in advance.
