Setup & Logistics
- Power Requirements: 1–2 standard outlets for inside packages.
- Travel Fees: Included within 25 miles of Frederick, CO; mileage charged beyond.
- Setup Time: 1–2 hours prior to service (depending on package).
- Staffing: Professional, friendly, trained team for each service.
Booking Information
- Deposit: 50% required to secure the date.
- Final Headcount: Due 7 days before the event.
- Cancellation: Can be accommodated, full details outlined in beverage service agreement.
- Rush Fee: Applies for events booked less than 7 days in advance.
