Freshly roasted with a soft smooth flavor that is almost too easy to drink! Dawnn is diligent about communicating when the roasting will be performed and then delivers two days later in meticulously prepared packaging that includes a, "Born on" date to let you know when your coffee was roasted, and an info card detailing the best time to enjoy your coffee! Not only that but since this is a small batch roaster you can request adjustments to your roast darker or lighter according to your taste preference.
